Project OverviewThe Business Analytics team is responsible for delivering reporting and analytical solutions that help business leaders understand company performance and evaluate the impact of operational and strategic changes. This position will support ongoing initiatives focused on data-driven decision making, business optimization, reporting automation, and performance measurement across multiple departments.
Business Analyst I candidates will focus on report development, foundational analytics, and stakeholder support while building expertise in the organization's data and systems. Business Analyst II candidates will take greater ownership of analytical initiatives and business-rule implementation projects, including testing, validation, monitoring, and documentation of business changes.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports used to monitor business performance and key operational metrics.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support stakeholder questions and strategic decision-making.
- Gather, organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Monitor A/B testing initiatives and measure the impact of business process changes.
- Identify data quality issues and discrepancies to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven insights and operational analysis.
- Manage multiple reporting requests and project priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and business performance.
Additional Responsibilities for Business Analyst II- Independently manage assigned business-rule and decisioning platform changes.
- Implement, test, validate, monitor, and document A/B tests and operational rule changes.
- Support risk adjustment initiatives, account management actions, and other business optimization efforts.
- Ensure business-rule changes are accurately executed and monitored for effectiveness.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and data quality principles.
- Experience with Python, R, or a similar programming language used for data analysis.
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or another data visualization platform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
- Exposure to A/B testing methodologies and performance measurement.
- For Business Analyst II candidates, experience with decisioning platforms, business rules implementation, testing, validation, or monitoring.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
