Summary

Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for an Engineering Intern for Summer 2026. This internship provides hands-on exposure to project engineering work in a corporate environment. The Engineering Intern will support Project Engineers with day-to-day tasks tied to project coordination, documentation, data tracking, and process improvement.

Location: Dallas, TX

What You'll Do:
  • Assist with project documentation: drawings, specifications, calculations, and other documents as needed
  • Help prepare engineering deliverables including presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other reports.
  • Perform basic data analysis: compile, review, and analyze project data for trends, risks, or gaps.
  • Work with operations, supply chain, quality, and contract admin as needed.
  • Help document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support standardization.
  • Support special projects as assigned

What You'll Need:
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related discipline)
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position
  • Office-based, headquarters role
  • Standard business hours
  • Minimal to no travel expected
