Must-Haves
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- 5+ years in lead drafting/detailing roles (Project Coordinator, Lead Modeler, or Checker)
- Proven track record managing budgets, client relationships, and project teams
- Certificate or diploma in civil or structural steel drafting/detailing, engineering, or similar
- Training in 3D modeling software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or Navisworks
- Primavera or Microsoft Project proficiency
Strong Advantage
- Steel detailing experience
- Familiarity with ProSteel, StruCAD, Revit, or AutoPLANT

The Opportunity
You will own projects end to end, from scope and planning through delivery and reporting. You will lead a dedicated project team, manage client relationships, and help shape proposals, tenders, and consulting reports.
What You Will Do
- Set a clear project scope and lead your team with defined expectations
- Deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to high quality standards
- Track schedule and costs, spotting risks before they become problems
- Partner with production to allocate hours and resources
- Identify and submit change orders on time
- Work with Finance so invoices go out and get paid on time
- Resolve scope, cost, and schedule issues while keeping clients confident
- Support production teams across every phase of the project
