Data Scientist

A Data Scientist plays a central role in enabling evidence‑based decision‑making. Their work directly influences product strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and long‑term business growth. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, probability, and experimental design.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Background in NLP, time‑series forecasting, or deep learning.
- Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams.
