Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees.
- Oversee the administration of benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
- Maintain compliance with internal payroll tax, COBRA, ACA, and ERISA regulations.
- Implement and manage the company's Benefit Enrollment Systems.
- Utilize ADP Workforce and Replicon Timeskeeping software for payroll and timekeeping purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits processes.
- Resolve any payroll or benefits-related issues that arise, providing excellent customer service to our employees.
- Continually assess and improve our payroll and benefits systems, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
- Provide training and support to other team members on payroll and benefits procedures and software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits management, preferably within the marketing industry.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce and Replicon Timeskeeping software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations, including COBRA, ACA, and ERISA.
- Experience managing a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Familiarity with Benefit Enrollment Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees.
- SuccessFactors certification preferred.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
