Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience in large, complex organizations.
- One or more Agile certifications such as:
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
- Or equivalent
- Proven success assessing team maturity, developing coaching plans, and driving measurable improvements in Agile adoption and team performance.
- Strong experience managing organizational change and tailoring coaching approaches to different team environments.
- Experience working within established frameworks while introducing Agile best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Direct experience supporting Agile transformations in either federal government or private-sector organizations.
- Experience in government or other highly regulated environments is preferred.
