Job Title: Content Specialist (VOD)
Location: Centennial, CO 
Schedule: Onsite | Shift: 9am-5pm MST OR 4pm - Midnight MST
Rate: $16/hour W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage orders submitted by contracted selling partners. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing from intake to completion, while serving as a liaison between external partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders from contracted selling partners.
• Accurately input orders into internal systems and monitor them through to completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as a point of contact for selling partners, providing updates and support as needed.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Handle a high volume of orders while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience in customer service or order management preferred.
• Telecom industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible with working hours to meet business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with order management systems or CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
