Workday Reports Lead

IDR is seeking a Workday Reports Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to supporting a major Workday implementation project within the public sector, focusing on reporting and system analysis. The position offers a chance to lead reporting initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview for the Workday Reports Lead:

• Lead the Workday reporting workstream across the implementation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all reporting-related needs and issues
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by troubleshooting reporting defects, updating, and fixing existing reports
• Maintain and enhance existing Workday reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality reporting outputs and provide guidance on report design and best practices

Requirements for the Workday Reports Lead:

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience
• Strong experience with Workday report writing (advanced, matrix, composite reports)
• Troubleshooting and resolving reporting defects
• Proven ability to own and lead a reporting workstream independently
• Must have active Workday Reporting certification
