Our direct Client is looking for Dot Net L3 Application Support Engineer -12- Months Contract-Hybrid position (3 days a week) at Irvine, CA
Primary Skills : C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core , Production Support / L3 Support , Release & Deployment Management ,SQL Server ,Microservices & REST APIs.
Seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Specialist with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate will lead L3 production support, own deployments and releases, troubleshoot complex production issues, and develop code fixes for business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support and drive incidents/issues to closure.
- Develop code fixes and enhancements using C# and .NET Core.
- Own bi-weekly releases, deployments, hotfixes, and go-live activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production defects.
- Work closely with Product, QA, Release Management, and offshore teams.
- Take full ownership of assigned sprint stories through deployment.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C#
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- Microservices
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/Jira.
- Strong release management and deployment experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- UI technologies (Angular, React, or Blazor).
- Experience leading production support teams.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
The salary range for this role is 110-130 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
