- Ability to take ownership of automation activities and work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
- Willingness to work from the Philadelphia office 3 days per week.
- Flexibility to support weekend work and project coverage across all seven days when required, with appropriate weekly rest arrangements.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI testing agents and AI workflow implementation.
- Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, media, or other enterprise domains.
