Job Title: Service Delivery Lead R&D Labs

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Build, enhance, and support solutions on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform following industry best practices.
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and QA to deliver business outcomes.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work within agile delivery models, supporting sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills:

Azure And Backend:

Experience with Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Event Hubs.
Knowledge of Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB.
Proficiency in .NET and/or Node.js.
Understanding of OAuth and API security.
Experience with Application Insights.

Power Platform:

Experience with Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of Power Automate.
Experience building Custom Connectors, including OAuth setup.

Tools:

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Experience using Postman or Insomnia for API testing.

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player with an ownership mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience And Education:

6+ years of software development experience.
Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud-based solutions preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
