Job DetailsWe are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Banking Equipment and Electronic Security Systems throughout the Clarksville, TN area. This position involves servicing specialized electronic and electromechanical equipment at customer locations, diagnosing system malfunctions, and performing preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience servicing ATMs, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), Banking Automation Equipment, CCTV, Alarm Systems, or Remote Drive-Up Banking Equipment. Strong Electrical/Mechanical Troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work independently are important.
Must Have:
- Previous Field Service experience with Banking Equipment, Electronic Security Systems, or related specialized equipment
- Hands-on experience Troubleshooting, Servicing, and Repairing Electronic/Electromechanical Systems
- Experience with at least one of the following: ATMs, TCRs, CCTV, Alarm Systems, Access Control, or Remote Banking Equipment
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to Diagnose Equipment Malfunctions and Perform Repairs at customer locations
- Strong Customer Service, Communication, and Time Management skills
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Have:
- Direct experience Servicing ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, or Cash Automation Equipment
- Experience with Remote Drive-Up Banking Systems, Transaction Drawers, or Pneumatic Tube Systems
- CCTV, Video Surveillance, Burglar Alarm, or Access Control experience
- IP Networking, Software Troubleshooting, or System Programming
- Experience maintaining Field Service Parts Inventory and documenting Service Calls
- Manufacturer Training or Technical Certifications related to Banking Equipment or Electronic Security
