Support of downward and upward feedback, e.g.,

Collaborate with Talent team to ensure reviews accurately reflect case assignments and timelines

Leverage reporting to perform targeted follow-up on outstanding reviews

Supporting and enabling local CD leadership (Business Mgmt. Senior Director, Platinion MDSP, People Team Sr. Mgr., Talent Managers), e.g.,

Act as first line of response for CD Advisor questions on Workday

Prepare material for pre-meeting deep-dive discussions and post-meeting debriefs

Support recurring cadence of Talent team check-ins on timely topics

Communications to office/system CT staff, e.g.,

Act as first line of response for CT questions on Workday

Communicate CD Advisor assignments to new and newly promoted CT staff

Support People Team Sr. Manager in preparation for onboarding sessions, trainings, cohort meetings, etc.

Other ongoing support, e.g.,

Engage in regular touchpoints with other CD BST throughout NAMR
