Experience:
- 13 years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, AI/Now Assist)
Mandatory Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Establish platform governance, architectural standards, reusable patterns, and design principles.
- Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM
- SecOps
- AI/Now Assist
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments.
