Role: Technical Program Manager / Product Owner

Overview
We are seeking a senior Technical Program Manager / Product Owner to lead the development of a next-generation loan servicing, payment processing, and trust accounting platform.
This is not a generic software PM role. The ideal candidate has direct experience building or managing regulated financial platforms involving loan servicing, ACH processing, banking integrations, payment operations, reconciliation systems, trust accounting, and financial reporting.
The successful candidate must be capable of serving as the bridge between executive stakeholders, banking operations teams, compliance teams, and software engineering teams while ensuring enterprise-grade execution standards.
This individual will own requirements, system architecture coordination, technical delivery oversight, quality assurance processes, and vendor / developer management.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in software delivery, product management, technical program management, or financial-systems leadership.
- 5+ years leading financial-services technology projects.
- Proven experience delivering production banking, payments, lending, or treasury systems.
- Experience managing both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Experience working within regulated financial environments.
