Job Description:
As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 10 - 15+ years of experience with Information Technology (Principal Consultant)
1) Business processes end-2-end knowledge.
2) 1 full cycle EWM implementation is a plus.
3) Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.
4) Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Should have sound knowledge and experience in configuring / modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM.
5) Knowledge about implementing Labor Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM.
6) Experience in interface development (RFCALEIDocWeb Services).
7) Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration.
8) Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
9) Experience in data migration
10) Experience in Queue monitoring and resolution

Solid background in SAP EWM functional design, technical development, and integration troubleshooting.
Proven experience in both EWM functional and technical roles across multiple full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain business processes.
Expertise in SAP EWM integration with WCS, TMS, ERP, carrier systems, and third-party logistics providers.
Proficiency in integration technologies: IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, TM, PP integration points.
Experience with RF frameworks, POSC, LOSC, WOCR, and automation solutions.
Skilled in ABAP development, BADIs, user exits, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to mentor and lead technical and functional teams.
At least 10 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation /Development Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
