Summary
We are seeking a Software License & Compliance Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our clients'' IT software assets.  In this onsite role, you will help ensure software investments are accurately tracked, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.  You will collaborate with IT Leadership, software experts, Security, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to maintain reliable inventory data, manage licensing, and reduce organizational risk.
Responsibilities

• Manage software license reconciliations, audits, usage analysis, and compliance.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of software assets, Cloud subscriptions, and entitlements.
• Oversee software lifecycle activities including procurement, deployment, updates, and retirement.
• Research licensing models and product use rights.
• Support renewals, cost-saving opportunities, vendor billing accuracy, and monthly maintenance activities.
• Assist with additional IT services tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Asset Management experience focused on software licensing and compliance.
• Experience with software discovery tools and vendor/contract communication.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and solve problems creatively
