Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support technology initiatives and cross-functional project teams.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite meetings as required)
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

Core Responsibilities

Plan, track, and monitor cross-functional IT tasks, deliverables, and resource forecasts.
Facilitate requirements gathering, design discussions, testing, and training schedules.
Maintain status reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and meeting minutes.
Coordinate communication across business, technical, and executive stakeholder groups.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills:

Project Management: 3+ years of recent, relevant experience
Program Execution: 3+ years managing large-scale programs
ERP Systems: 1+ year experience with Workday
Tools: Advanced proficiency in Asana and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

Experience implementing business processes in a government organization
PMP or CAPM certification
