UX Lead AI & Digital Experiences
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced UX Lead to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of exceptional digital and AI-enabled user experiences. This role will lead UX initiatives across products and platforms, champion user-centered design, mentor design teams, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and impactful solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX leadership, hands-on design expertise, customer empathy, and a solid understanding of emerging AI technologies and Human-AI Interaction principles.
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive UX vision, strategy, standards, and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead UX governance, design reviews, and DesignOps activities.
User Research & Experience Design
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and customer journey analysis.
- Translate insights into personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure consistency through design systems and reusable design patterns.
AI Experience Design
- Design AI-powered experiences including copilots, conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, and recommendation systems.
- Person must know AI tools which are used in UX designing process.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Mentor and develop UX designers and researchers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business leaders.
- Present UX strategies, research findings, and design recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technology solutions.
Experience Measurement & Optimization
- Define UX success metrics and KPIs.
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to continuously improve experiences.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience leading UX teams or large-scale design initiatives.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX delivery and measurable business impact.
- Expertise in Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Service Design, and UX Research methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
AI Experience
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven digital products.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Human-AI Interaction principles.
- Experience designing chatbots, virtual assistants, copilots, recommendation engines, or intelligent workflows.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, explainability, transparency, and AI governance concepts.
