Job Title: Project Manager - Non-Certified
Job Location: Frankfort, KY
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
  • Coordinate, plan, and organize onboarding project activities.
  • Ensure effective service delivery to stakeholders including end users, vendors, and project teams.
  • Assist in resource planning, assignment, and oversight for onboarding projects.
  • Track project risks, issues, timelines, and overall progress.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to business sponsors and management.
  • Ensure adherence to system development life cycle processes.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support implementation of regulatory changes within projects.
  • Manage onboarding team activities including workload distribution and completion.
  • Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for onboarding projects.
  • Communicate strategic goals and ensure team alignment with objectives.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience leading small to large project teams.
  • Strong experience managing IT projects.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, scope, and quality.
  • Experience managing vendors and contracts.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.

Experience:

  • Experience in public health IT projects.
  • Experience collaborating across business and IT teams.
  • Experience directly managing staff and project teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding project execution and coordination.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Should Have:

  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and policies.
  • Experience with healthcare financial management and planning.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.

Qualification And Education:
