Senior Reporting / Data Analyst - Remote

Job Description:

Project : Reporting Transformation| Salesforce to ServiceNow & Snowflake
About the Role:  
The Senior Reporting/Data Analyst will perform detailed analysis of the client's large reporting landscape to
support rationalization and migration from Salesforce to ServiceNow/Snowflake. The role will analyze report
ownership, usage, criticality, source systems, objects, fields, logic and dependencies, identify representative high-
value reports for the POC, and work closely with the Data Engineer/Architect and Business Analyst to establish a
repeatable approach for the broader migration.
Technical Competencies: 
1. Strong Salesforce reporting and data-model knowledge, including reports, dashboards, report types, objects,
fields, filters, and underlying logic.
2. Strong experience with report inventory, usage analysis, dependency mapping, rationalization, and report
reverse-engineering.
3. Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills for analyzing large report inventories, data dependencies, and report
outputs.
4. Working knowledge of Snowflake and ServiceNow reporting/data concepts, with the ability to map legacy
reporting requirements to the future environment.
5. Experience with report reconciliation, validation, complexity assessment, and identification of representative
reports for migration/POC activities.

Required Qualifications: 
1. 5–8+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Salesforce Reporting Analyst.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, SQL, Excel, and enterprise reporting environments.
3. Proven experience with report inventory, rationalization, dependency analysis, reverse-engineering, and
output reconciliation.
4. Experience supporting large-scale reporting migration, system transformation, or reporting modernization
initiatives.
5. Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or ServiceNow reporting preferred; bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience.
