Summary

Experience: 5–7 years overall Data Analysis experience, including 1–2 years in ESG / Sustainability Analytics

Must-Have Skills

·       Strong Data Analysis experience with large datasets

·       1–2 years of ESG / Sustainability Analytics experience

·       Experience collecting, cleansing, validating, and consolidating ESG data

·       Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights

·       Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs

·       Experience with sustainability metrics such as energy, emissions, waste, and water

·       Experience supporting ESG reporting, data quality, and reconciliation

·       Ability to work across business, sustainability, and technology teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

·       Experience automating recurring reporting

·       Experience improving data-management processes

·       Strong exposure to broader Sustainability / ESG reporting and analytics
