Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and manage multi‐channel campaigns using:
- Email Studio
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- MobileConnect
- Implement and manage real‐time personalization campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Configure user tracking, events, and data models including:
- User profiles
- Product/content catalogs
- Behavioral and interaction data
- Develop and deploy web personalization experiences such as pop‐ups, banners, and recommendations
- Configure and manage Web SDK and sitemap configuration
- Create dynamic and personalized email content using:
- AMPscript
- SSJS (Server‐Side JavaScript)
- Design and optimize data models using Data Extensions
- Build audience segments and targeting rules
- Manage triggered and transactional messaging
- Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization using performance insights
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverability best practices
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure accurate data capture, identity resolution, and customer profile consistency
Salesforce (CRM) – Required Understanding:- Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how it integrates with Marketing Cloud
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, including core objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Campaigns
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM–SFMC data synchronization
- Ability to align marketing journeys with lead management, nurturing, and handoff to sales team
- Basic understanding of Salesforce data models, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Nice to have knowledge on – LWC, Apex Trigger, Batch classes, SOQL
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:- Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translate business and marketing objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Provide implementation guidance and recommend best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:- Hands‐on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Mobile Connect, Email Studio
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and automation
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of event‐based tracking and personalization concept
