Confiz is seeking a skilled Next.js / Vercel / Sanity Engineer to support our client in developing and optimizing modern web applications and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with Next.js, React.js, Vercel, and Sanity, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
This role will collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing web solutions.
Responsibilities - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.js.
- Build and optimize web applications leveraging Vercel for deployment, hosting, and performance.
- Develop and maintain content-driven applications using Sanity CMS.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.
- Perform detailed debugging and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve software defects.
- Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate web applications with APIs, backend services, and third-party systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Support application testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to improve application architecture, development processes, and technical performance.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in NextJS, ReactJS and hands-on experience with Vercel and Sanity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong debugging skills.
