Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and system requirements; identify improvement and automation opportunities
Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test frameworks and scripts
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing
Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and report quality metrics
Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in QA and test automation
Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks
Proficiency in Java (preferred) or C#/Python; experience with TestNG/JUnit/NUnit
Experience with CI/CD tools, API testing, SQL validation, and Agile delivery practices
Knowledge of cloud-based testing, BDD, and DevOps practices is a plus
