1. 6 years working as a Business Systems Analyst in a financial services or banking environment
2. Proficiency in both on-premises and cloud-based application architectures (AWS)
3. Experience with incident management and problem resolution capabilities
4. Expert-level query writing experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift)
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to interact professionally and influence all levels of staff, leadership, and a diverse group of customers
6. Some shift rotation for 4-6 pm PST or after office hours are required on a rotation basis
