EDI Developer (Sterling Integrator, X12/EDIFACT, AS2/SFTP)

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced EDI Developer with strong expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator and B2B/EDI transactions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EDI mapping, partner onboarding, and managing various file formats such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and CSV.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain EDI solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator
• Perform logical mapping, development, testing, and implementation of EDI transactions
• Support B2B/EDI integrations for file types including X12, EDIFACT, IDOCs, XML, JSON, and CSV
• Coordinate with business analysts and client teams for partner onboarding and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and integration issues
• Work with AS2, SFTP, and API integrations for secure file transfers
• Maintain and support existing EDI configurations and processes
• Ensure data integrity and timely processing of transactions

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with IBM Sterling Integrator
• Hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
• Experience in EDI mapping, development, and implementation
• Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and secure file transfer protocols
• Experience with SQL/JDBC and IBMi DB
• Experience working with multiple file formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
• Strong troubleshooting and support experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics or supply chain domain
• Strong customer support and communication skills
• Exposure to modern integration tools and technologies

Additional Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience
