Job Title: Python Developer LLM / AI Applications
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Work Schedule: On-site
Description:
We are looking for a Python developer to design, build, and deploy applications powered by large language models (LLMs). You ll work on integrating models like OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools into scalable products.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with user to build use cases
- Develop solutions based on user needs
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python for AI-driven applications
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., via APIs or open-source models) into real-world workflows
- Build prompt pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent-based systems
- Fine-tune or adapt models where needed using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Optimize performance, latency, and cost of LLM usage
- Design and implement APIs (REST/GraphQL) for AI services
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex or others
- Understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, transformers)
- Experience building APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong Data management, data migration background
- Self thinker
- Able to innovate and come up with solutions
