Electrical Lab Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Electrical Lab Technician for our client in North Reading, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the EE lab on a daily bases
* Handing task such as PCBA rework, harness rework, electrical test supervision, and general lab management
* Working with primary EE team and those needing electrical support for the project

REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree is not required; Trade school or other PCBA training is a plus (for example: IPC training)
* 5+ years of experience
* Experience with: PCBA Rework (SMT, THR, soldering, inspection), Harness Rework (crimping, assembly, di-pinning, etc.)
* General EE lab safety (familiar with high voltage, thermals, ESD, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
