Job Description:

A Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation brings industry-leading thought leadership to clients to devise and implement strategies that transform employee experiences from Hire to Retire. The role focuses on optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions by first creating a vision and roadmap aligned to the client’s business strategy and transformation value case. Then the consultant innovates with the client to streamline processes and upgrade and rationalize their HR and Talent Technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and deliver business value. They utilize design thinking and analytics, service and process modeling to analyze Client needs, then recommend and implement solutions that align with the business strategy and drive business value.
