About the Job- We are looking for an experienced M&A Corporate Manager to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Financial analysis, M&A, Investment Banking, Financial Modeling along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Required Skills
- Identify and evaluate M&A and investment opportunities.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Lead transactions and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support strategic planning and post-deal integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Revenue, Strategy.
- Strong financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, and communication skills.
