Summary

Introduction:

This Sr EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Consultant position will involve working with various EDI formats and documents to create maps, develop new business processes, configure adapters and gateways, integrate systems, and support communication protocols. The ideal candidate should have experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and possess strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

Create maps for different formats such as EDI to XML, XML to EDI, IDOC to X12, X12 to IDOC, and more
Work with EDI documents like 240, 753, 754, 810, 812, 820, 824, 828, 850, and others
Develop new business processes, handle fault conditions, and set up email notifications
Configure adapters and gateways in Sterling Integrator for various protocols
Design, implement, and maintain Business Processes using BPML in IBM Sterling Integrator
Integrate Sterling Integrator with internal systems, enterprise applications, and external trading partners
Support communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, and others
Develop reusable components, templates, and standards to improve efficiency
Collaborate with SAP and Oracle environments

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SAP, Oracle
Understanding of Business-to-business integrations
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
Proficiency in ASC X12, AS2, SFTP

Preferred Skills:

Experience with partner onboarding and certificate/key management
Familiarity with Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Sterling Control Center (SCC)
Exposure to cloud-based B2B integrations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator and EDI Map Development
