STIBO (STEP) MDM Architect

Position: STIBO (STEP) MDM Architect Location: Hoboken, NJ / Remote Duration: Contract to Hire Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled STIBO STEP MDM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

• Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations aligned with best practices
• 12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required
• Excellent understanding of Product Data Models and experience in designing MDM solutions
• Must have customer-facing experience, strong management skills, and a solid technical background
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solutions
• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solutions using best practices
