Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Support Engineer to join our production support team. This role requires 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical middleware platforms (Oracle WebLogic, MS IIS, MuleSoft ESB, Microsoft BizTalk) and the Adobe DocGen (Adobe Experience Manager/Document Generation) integration. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between infrastructure and application development teams, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Middleware Administration & Support (WebLogic/IIS/BizTalk/MuleSoft):
Install, configure, patch, and maintain WebLogic, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and IIS.
Provide 24x7 L2/L3 production support for critical integration issues.
Monitor application performance, server health, and messaging queues using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
Troubleshoot complex issues, including thread dumps, heap dumps, connection pooling, and JVM memory leaks.
Manage BizTalk server groups, including host instances, adapters, and Message Box databases.
Adobe DocGen Support:
Support the integration of Adobe Document Generation API/AEM with enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot document generation failures, template mapping issues, and API connectivity problems.
Ensure compliance with security standards (SSL/TLS) for document processing.
Incident & Problem Management:
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical support tickets within SLA, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with developers and vendors for permanent fixes.
Handle escalation management professionally.
Automation & Deployment:
Automate routine tasks using WLST, PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
Execute deployments of EAR, WAR, and JAR files across development, QA, and production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Middleware Production Support.
Platforms:
Oracle WebLogic 12c/14c: Strong administration skills.
MuleSoft: Experience with Any point
Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager).
Microsoft IIS: Configuration and troubleshooting.
Microsoft BizTalk Server: Administration and monitoring.
Adobe Solutions: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Document Generation APIs.
Technical Knowledge:
Operating Systems: Advanced Windows and Linux (RHEL) administration.
Languages: Java/J2EE basics, XML, DataWeave.
Security: Configuring SSL/TLS and certificates.
Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, AppDynamics/Splunk.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
