SAP S/4HANA Consultant with Service Management Processes

Introduction:

As a SAP S/4HANA Consultant with expertise in Service Management processes, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including service orders, contracts, and subscriptions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and ensure alignment with cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes
• Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex service offerings
• Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Conduct fit-to-standard analysis and identify gaps
• Evaluate alternatives to heavy customization and ensure alignment with cross-functional processes
• Travel up to 50% to CA for project engagements

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes
• Strong knowledge of service orders, contracts, and subscriptions
• Ability to design and configure Solution Quotations for complex service offerings
• Experience in defining pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of finance and revenue recognition processes
• Experience in workflow-based overrides and approval mechanisms
