Proven expertise in manual and automated testing, data migration testing, API/back-end validation, and defect tracking using Jira, QC, ADO.
Proficient in SQL and relational databases, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with UFT, Tosca, NeoLoad, Selenium, and working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
Experience supporting State government and healthcare/public health systems (DPH) initiatives.
