Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a dynamic Agile team. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, business analysts, product owners, QA testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role involves designing, developing, and modernizing legacy applications into scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET-based systems following N-tier architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
Develop and enhance applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API
Rewrite legacy applications into modern .NET architecture
Work across full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and SSRS reports

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in .NET Framework (4.0+)
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API
10+ years of experience with SQL Server & T-SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework (EF 4.0+)
Strong experience with WCF / SOA services
Experience with TFS / Azure DevOps (code repository & CI/CD)
Experience working in Agile methodology
Experience with SSRS reporting
Knowledge of Microservices architecture (2+ years)
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) or testing strategies

Additional Requirements

Candidate must reside in Ohio
Willingness to work hybrid or fully onsite (if required)
