Job Description ECS is seeking a
Network Architect - SME to work in our
Washington, DC - Hybrid office.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. ECS is seeking a Network Architect Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic technical leadership for enterprise network infrastructure at the SEC. As the SEC modernizes its IT environment with cloud services, AI workloads, and Zero Trust security, the network must evolve from a traditional campdata center architecture to a modern, software-defined, automation-enabled fabric that supports the agency's transformation goals. You will be the principal authority on network architecture decisions.
You will design next-generation network architectures that support hybrid cloud connectivity, high-bandwidth AI/ML data flows, Zero Trust segmentation, and software-defined networking. This role requires someone who can look 3-5 years ahead and design network infrastructure that enables-rather than constrains-the SEC's modernization and AI strategy.
