Job Summary
Value Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to manage and oversee testing activities across SAP implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP testing strategy, planning, and execution for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs.
- Define test scenarios, test cases, and test data for SAP modules.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Monitor testing progress and provide status reports to project stakeholders.
- Manage and track defects using defect management tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide SAP testing teams across multiple projects.
- Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Experience testing SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, or HCM.
- Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SAP testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Familiarity with SAP data migration and interface testing.
- Understanding of automation testing tools (Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Test Suite.
- Experience with test automation for SAP applications.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- SAP testing certifications are a plus.
