Job Title: Power Platform/D365 Lead
Location: 9960 Mayland Drive Richmond, VA 23233
Duration: 6 Months contract to hire

Skill
Power Platform Experience - specifically Power Apps - canvas and model driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Pages
D365 Customer Service Module 
Role-based security configuration in Power Platform and D365
Working experience with solution management (managed / unmanaged), environmental variables and reusable components
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and security fundamentals
HTML/CSS/Javascript for UI customizations
Experience with Agile delivery, backlog refinement and stakeholder communication
Working knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling and performant querying, Azure functions and API integration
Working knowledge of custom components, reusability patterns and custom connectors
Experience implementing accessibility compliance (Section 508/WCAG)
CI/CD experience (Power Platform Pipelines / Git Hub)
Unit Testing and test automation
DevOps Tools
Experience with security, governance and environment strategy (DLP, role-based security, least privilege)
Experience mentoring and training others
Strong communication, problem-solving, strategy, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
