ServiceNow & PowerBI Reporting Analyst

Priority skills (New!):
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, performance analytics, and data extracts to support operational and management reporting.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting using ServiceNow and other enterprise data sources.
• Build data models, measures, KPIs, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into operational performance, compliance, service health, and engineering effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, scripting, APIs, and workflow technologies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Automate recurring reporting activities, data collection, validation, distribution, and notification processes.
• Partner with engineering, operations, security, service management, and leadership teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs.
• Experience developing automated reporting solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, or similar automation frameworks

Secondary skills:
• Experience supporting, using technology – Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
• Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
• Troubleshooting methodology skills
• Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
• Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
