Job Overview
- We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support large-scale engineering and construction projects during the field execution phase. This role will assist in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery from field turnover through commissioning and operational readiness.
- Projects supported in this role may range from $200 million to $1.5 billion, requiring strong coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of project execution during the field implementation phase.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost management activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project control teams to ensure scope alignment and execution.
- Support contract administration and vendor coordination during project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
- Assist with safety management and compliance during project execution.
- Help track project budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Participate in commissioning and startup activities for project facilities.
- Support preparation for operations readiness before project handover.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and public relations at the site level.
- Act as a supporting liaison with local, national, and regulatory agencies during project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Associate s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0 5 years of experience supporting engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Understanding of project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital or infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to contract administration, safety management, and quality management
