Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Tax Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax support and expertise to our clients. This is a full-time position seeking entry level candidates from Masters in Accounting or Taxation programs ('22-'23)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and S-corporations.
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Assist with tax planning and strategy development for clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer tax-related questions.
- Provide support to senior tax staff as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including 1040, 1120, S-corp, C-corp, income tax, partnership tax, and international tax.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lacerte Tax
