Senior Integration Developer Student Applications for a Contract-to-Hire position with a client located in Texas. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of enterprise application integration experience and strong expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SnapLogic, SSIS, SQL Server, and Oracle technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations across Student Information Systems, Financial Aid applications, and other enterprise platforms. The Senior Integration Developer will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions supporting student success and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and data mapping documentation.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations supporting Student Information Systems (SIS), Financial Aid platforms, and related enterprise applications.
Develop and deploy integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SnapLogic iPaaS, and Microsoft SSIS.
Build and optimize ETL processes, APIs, and data pipelines supporting batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations.
Create and maintain PL/SQL and T-SQL code including stored procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuning.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, audit controls, and error-handling processes across integration environments.
Support testing efforts including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
Partner with Registrar, Student Records, Financial Aid, Bursar, and other university departments to deliver technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a senior technical contributor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered.
8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise application integration and middleware development.
Experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SnapLogic, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud.
Strong experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
Advanced T-SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle databases, ETL development, and enterprise integration architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with Ellucian Colleague SIS, Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA), Ethos Integration, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and higher education environments.
