Job Title: Enterprise Work Management Advisor
Location: Memphis, TN (Remote considered)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Work Management Advisor to help shape, optimize, and enable effective work management practices across multiple business units. This role acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, working closely with teams to understand current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and guide the adoption of practical, scalable work management approaches. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on tooling expertise, process insight, and the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology teams to assess current work management practices and document existing workflows
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and alignment through process optimization and better use of tools
Advise teams on appropriate work management methodologies and organizational structures based on their needs
Coach stakeholders on adopting and sustaining effective work management practices and standards
Collaborate closely with technology delivery and operations partners to support continuous improvement efforts
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and shared learning through an enterprise work management user community
Provide thought leadership and guidance on enterprise workflow tools and practices
Required Qualifications
25 years of relevant experience in work management, process optimization, enterprise tooling, or technology operations
Hands-on experience with enterprise workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or Smartsheet
Working knowledge of multiple delivery and work management approaches, including Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and project-based work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in workflow or process mapping
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and communicate change across diverse stakeholder groups
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional enterprise platforms such as Workfront or ServiceNow
Exposure to or involvement in enterprise-level change initiatives
