Role Overview

We are looking for a strong hands-on Senior Software Engineer to design and build a next-generation Inventory Management and Food Cost platform supporting 1,000+ restaurants.

The ideal candidate combines strong backend and distributed-systems engineering with experience in QSR/restaurant technology, inventory, supply chain, or retail platforms. This role requires a strong product mindset and the ability to build highly scalable, resilient, multi-tenant systems.

What We’re Looking For

* 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

* Strong backend engineering experience with Java, C#, Go, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or equivalent.

* Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

* Hands-on experience with multi-tenancy, database sharding/partitioning, SQL/NoSQL, caching, and high-volume data processing.

* Experience designing highly available and resilient cloud-native systems on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

* Experience with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

* Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

* Experience using modern AI-assisted software development tools.

Preferred

* QSR or restaurant technology experience strongly preferred.

* Experience with inventory management, food cost, restaurant back-office, retail, or supply-chain platforms.
