Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities across Oracle Financial modules. The candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Oracle EBS financial solutions.
 Role: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant 
Location: Remote 
Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.

• Configure financial modules including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Fixed Assets (FA)

  • Cash Management (CM)

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

• Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and work with technical teams for RICEFW objects.

• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.

• Provide user training and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, order management, and projects.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

• Good understanding of financial and accounting processes.

• Experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation or support projects.

• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Ability to prepare functional documentation and test scenarios.

• Experience with integration and data migration.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2.

• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Reporting tools.

• Experience working in implementation or upgrade projects.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance.

• Basic understanding of SQL / PL-SQL.

• Experience with BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.
