Title: Sr. Oracle Fusion Reports Developer

Required skills:

• 10 years experience
• Must have strong experience with General Ledger (GL).
• Expertise in Direct ERP reporting.
• Rolling out ERP company wide and having to merge all these various erp's into one cloud based ERP Solution, Oracle.  
• Very heavy in SQL 
• Have a list of 150 reports and growing that will be due in about 5 months.   
• Also he's having to build a profitability application, 32 billion records per month. Big data and lots of difficult code in it.  
• Have to have ERP / Oracle Reporting, parameter building, LOV's, scheduled processing 
• Must be heavy in SQL..they have 100% custom reports.  

• Responsibilities: 
• Deliver high-quality, actionable reports in Oracle Fusion to facilitate data-driven decision-making. 
• Leverage extensive experience with Direct ERP reporting, creating and managing a variety of complex reports based on specific client requirements. 
• Utilize Power BI for analytics and data visualization, enhancing the overall understanding of generated reports. 
• Support successful migration to Oracle Fusion, by designing efficient workflows, optimizing system functionalities, and validating system performance post-migration. 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, solve reporting challenges, and ensure that the outputs meet the business needs. 
• Provide training and technical support to end-users, helping them better understand and use the newly designed Oracle Fusion reporting system. 
• Requirements: 
• Significant professional experience in Oracle Fusion, including functional knowledge of report creation. 
• Expertise in Direct ERP reporting (Both BI analytics and OTBI) is necessary. 
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data integration, data analysis, and visualization tools. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a team and communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders. 
• Proven track record of driving system migration projects to successful completion. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 

 Preferred: 

• Previous experience supporting Oracle Fusion migrations. 
• Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion, Direct ERP, or Power BI.
