Job Description:

TPM (i.e., Technical Project/Program Manager) is a technical role that has some experience in Embedded Development along with Broadband

Program Management

Strong Program Management skills. Should be able to manage the scope, timeline, and budget, working with a large number of stakeholders. Should be able to navigate stakeholders to drive the project outcome in an ambiguous environment.
Tools: Should have worked on JIRA as it is used extensively to track programs, issues, etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills as need to talk to a diverse group of stakeholders who are geographically distributed

Technical Excellence

Should have good technical knowledge of the domain and technologies.
The person should be able to represent the technical teams in calls and hence should be able to understand the technical details of issues and risks arising out of it.
Experience with Embedded Technologies

Leadership

Should be able to drive teams towards the goal of the program. Must have led large programs involving geographically distributed teams in their previous experience.
Should be comfortable in presenting the status of the program to senior leadership.
