Your role As a Procurement Specialist (Open to Senior Level), your mission is to turn data into direction-synthesizing insights, identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities, and guiding the organization toward where our efforts and resources will create the greatest value . You will report to the Sourcing Manager.
You will:
- Extract and integrate data from SAP and other systems to uncover correlations and generate deeper, cross-functional insights.
- Analyze supplier performance and data trends to support the development of a robust, value-driven supplier strategy.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities through data analytics, market intelligence, and process optimization.
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to accelerate analysis and improve decision-making outcomes.
- Forecast tariffs, material flows, and product landing schedules to support accurate revenue and supply planning.
- Recommend optimal sourcing regions based on global economic conditions, risk factors, and technical requirements.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working in equivalent field or 7-10 year of experience in technical-related field.
- Able to quickly interpret complex numerical data, conduct in-depth research, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations that can be communicated effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A self-starter who rapidly absorbs new information, independently dives into data to uncover opportunities, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, competitive landscapes, and global market dynamics, with the ability to translate these insights into strategic recommendations that create outsized opportunities for the business.
- Skilled at navigating matrixed, cross-business, and cross-cultural environments, with the ability to prioritize effectively, collaborate broadly, and focus the organization on the areas with the greatest strategic impact.
